This Privacy Policy explains how Houge ApS handles personal data collected through this website, including information submitted through the contact or lead form. It is intended to provide transparent information under laws that may apply to the campaign, including Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable. The exact role of Houge ApS may depend on the campaign setup. Where a separate service provider determines how it uses lead information, that provider may act as an independent data user or controller and should provide its own privacy notice.

1. Personal data we may collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

• Identity and contact data, such as first name, last name, email address and telephone number.
• Form and consent data, including the time of submission, country, language, selected preferences and records showing what you agreed to.
• Technical data, such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, approximate location derived from IP, referring page, timestamps and security logs.
• Usage data, such as pages viewed, links selected, form interactions and cookie preferences, where permitted.

Submitting the form does not itself create an investment account. A recipient that decides independently how to use your data should provide separate information about its processing.

You may complain directly to us and may also contact the relevant privacy authority. In Hong Kong, privacy matters are overseen by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data. In Denmark, the supervisory authority is Datatilsynet. The authority able to consider a complaint may depend on where you are located and which entity controls the processing.

9. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect data from unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No internet service is completely secure, and users should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through an ordinary web form.

10. Children

This website and its form are intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly seek personal data from children for the promoted services.

11. Automated decisions

The website form itself does not make a legally significant automated decision about you. A separate provider may use automated checks for eligibility, fraud prevention or compliance and should explain those processes in its own notice.
